Imanis products are intended for internal research use only as described in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We ship orders domestically within the US as well as internationally with certain additional restrictions.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to restock and sell them. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns on products.
In the event that a product is damaged or compromised during transit, Imanis will replace the product free-of-charge, unless damage occurs as a result of customer negligence (e.g. providing incorrect delivery information). Damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Customers experiencing usage issues with products should contact us for technical support as soon as possible.
For your convenience, we accept ACH payments (domestic orders only), wire transfers, and credit card payments. Please note that international credit card payments can sometimes take additional days to clear.
All Material (product) orders are governed exclusively by Imanis’ Terms and Conditions of Sale and are intended for internal research use only by a single laboratory. By placing an order, accepting any Materials, or using any Materials, the Purchaser agrees to Imanis’ then-current Terms. Any additional or different terms proposed by Purchaser, including in any purchase order, are rejected. Imanis reserves the right to refuse sales to entities that it believes will not fulfill these Terms. The full terms are available here.
Imanis does not collect taxes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that, when applicable, they are paying the appropriate taxes. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or taxes related to their order.
