• How do I know which NIS antibody I should use?

  Your antibody choice depends on your desired application(s) and the species of NIS you are working with. Visit our antibody product page to see our antibody comparison chart for help selecting a NIS antibody.

  For our international customers, please also be aware of shipping limitations with our SJ1 (#REA004) and VSV (#REA005) antibodies. We are unable to provide an animal health certificate for these antibodies, which most countries require in order for these types of products to pass through customs.

• Which NIS species do your NIS antibodies cross-react with?

  We offer a number of different NIS antibodies, and antibodies are available that cross-react with human, rhesus, mouse, and rat NIS. Visit our antibody product page to see our antibody comparison chart, which indicates the cross-reactivity of each antibody. We have verified the cross-reactivity of the antibodies indicated in this chart; it is likely that other NIS species can be detected with many of these antibodies, but we have not directly confirmed this.

• What is the concentration of your antibodies?

  Our antibody concentrations range from 0.4 mg/mL to 1.5 mg/mL. Please refer to the individual product page for each antibody or the COA shipped with your antibody for concentrations and recommended dilutions.
