• How do I submit samples for RCL testing?

  Samples should be mailed on dry ice to our Rochester headquarters at: 2900 37th Street NW, Building 110, Rochester, MN 55901.

  A completed sample submission form and payment must accompany all samples.

• Do you offer custom generation of oncolytic viruses?

  Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer custom generation of oncolytic viruses.

• Do we need to provide any controls for RCL testing?

  Please provide a negative control of media only for each sample submitted for RCL testing. For more guidelines regarding sample submission please visit our Sample Analysis page.

• What is the turnaround time for RCL testing?

• What are the acceptable formats for the image analysis files?

  We accept most data files from imaging machines, although DICOM and NIFITI files are the most common. If necessary, data files can be reformatted by the Imanis team.
