NIS Expression
HeLaH1 cells were transduced with LV-dNIS-PGK-Puro and selected with puromycin. NIS mediated I-125 uptake was assayed in the presence or absence of KClO4, a competitive inhibitor of iodine uptake. -

For generation of lentiviral vector stocks encoding dog sodium iodide symporter (dNIS) under puromycin selection in a triple transfection protocol.
